Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer with our own factory located in Quanzhou, China.We have over 20 years of experience in the luggage industry and specialize in producing high-quality luggage for global clients. You’re welcome to visit our factory or request a video tour.
How large is your factory?
Our factory covers 15,000 square meters with 6 production lines. We have over 300 skilled workers and an annual output of 80 million yuan. This scale allows us to handle both small trial orders and large-volume contracts efficiently.
What certifications do you have?
We hold numerous international certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, SEDEX, WM, MGB, and SWISSGEAR. Our products comply with international standards, and certificates can be provided upon request.
Where is your factory located? Which port is nearest?
Our factory is in Quanzhou, close to Quanzhou port. This gives us convenient access for sea freight and cost-effective logistics.
Production Capacity & Equipment
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our current monthly capacity is 150,000 pieces. We have 6 automated production lines and can scale up by adding shifts during peak seasons to meet urgent demands.
What equipment do you use?
We are equipped with nearly 200 sets of advanced automatic production equipment, including:

How do you handle peak season order surges?
We plan production schedules carefully and maintain a flexible workforce. Typically, we recommend placing orders at least 4 weeks in advance, but we can discuss rush options for regular clients.
Do you have enough raw material inventory?
We keep a sufficient stock of commonly used raw materials. For special materials, we collaborate with reliable suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
Can you handle mixed orders (multiple products in one container)?
Absolutely. We have experience in consolidating different items and sizes to help you optimize shipping costs.
Quality Control
How do you ensure product quality?
We maintain a rigorous quality control system that encompasses incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final pre-shipment inspection. Our production processes comply with numerous international standards—including ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, and SEDEX—ensuring that every batch of products is tested in accordance with strict requirements prior to packaging.
Do you accept third-party inspections?
Yes, we welcome inspections by SGS, BV, or any other agency you designate. We can arrange this before shipment to give you full confidence.
What is your defect rate?
Our internal AQL standard is 1.5%. For any defective items found after shipment, we will negotiate a fair solution such as replacement or credit.
Do you provide quality reports with shipments?
Yes, each shipment includes a quality inspection report and photos of the packed goods for your reference.
How do you handle complaints about quality?
We take every complaint seriously. We will investigate immediately, provide evidence, and work with you to resolve the issue—whether through rework, replacement, or compensation based on the situation.
R&D & Customization Capabilities
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we specialize in both. Our in-house R&D team can develop products according to your drawings or samples. We can also assist with design improvements for better manufacturability.
Can you customize packaging with my logo?
Of course. We offer custom packaging including blister packs, boxes, and polybags with your logo.
How long does it take to develop a new product?
For a new design, sample development typically takes 7 days. For modifications based on existing products, it can be as fast as 3 days.
Do you protect my design confidentiality?
Yes, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before discussing any new designs. Your intellectual property is safe with us.
Can you help with product improvement suggestions?
With years of experience, our engineers often suggest minor modifications that can reduce costs or improve performance without compromising your design intent.
Sample Policy
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, we provide samples. For custom samples, we charge a sample fee which is refundable upon mass order.
How long does sample delivery take?
For existing designs, samples are ready within 3 days. Custom samples take 7-14 days depending on complexity. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Can the sample fee be deducted from the order?
Yes, once you place a formal order, we will deduct the sample fee from the total invoice amount.
Do you provide samples with custom logo?
For custom logos, we can produce samples with your branding, but this usually requires a small setup charge.
Price & Payment Terms
Can you send me a price list?
We’d be happy to provide a quotation based on your specific requirements (product, quantity, customization). Please let us know your target price range and details so we can offer the most competitive rate.
What are your payment terms?
Our usual terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Is your price FOB or CIF?
Our quotation is usually based on FOB Quanzhou.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we have a tiered pricing structure. Larger quantities enjoy better unit prices. Please share your estimated annual volume so we can tailor the best offer.
How long is your quotation valid?
Our prices are generally valid for 15-30 days due to fluctuating raw material costs. We will inform you promptly if any extension is needed.
Delivery & Logistics
How do you handle shipping?
We work with reliable freight forwarders to offer you competitive rates for sea, air, or express shipping. We can also arrange shipping according to your designated forwarder.
Do you provide shipping documents?
Yes, we provide all necessary documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any other documents required for customs clearance in your country.
What if there is a delay in shipment?
We monitor production closely and will notify you immediately if any delay is foreseen. We will propose solutions such as partial shipment or expedited shipping at our cost if the delay is our fault.
After-Sales Service & Cooperation Guarantee
What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products.We provide after-sales support for items confirmed with factory workmanship or material defects. The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from misuse, abrasion, or improper maintenance. We will responsibly resolve any valid quality issue with our products.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, our engineers are available for online consultation. For large projects, we can also arrange on-site assistance at your cost.
How do you handle returns?
Returns are handled case by case. We aim to resolve issues without the need for returns whenever possible (e.g., replacement or credit). If return is necessary, we will guide you through the process.
Can you help with after-sales issues in my market?
While we don’t have local offices everywhere, we provide detailed manuals, video tutorials, and remote support.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for repeat orders?
For repeat orders of standard items, we can be flexible. Usually MOQ is 1000 pieces, but we are open to discussion for loyal customers.

Our sales representatives are fluent in English. We can also arrange translators for other languages if needed.
How do you communicate during production?
We provide regular updates via email, WhatsApp, or WeChat. You can also request photos/videos of production progress at any time.
Do you visit trade shows?
Yes, we participate in major trade shows like Canton Fair. We’d love to meet you in person—let us know if you’re attending.
Can I visit your factory when I'm in China?
Absolutely! We welcome factory visits. Just let us know your schedule in advance, and we’ll arrange transportation and accommodation guidance.
