The Base
Start with the base. Molded. Not the cheap glued-on plastic that cracks after a few cold mornings. This one keeps the bag standing upright on wet concrete, muddy ground, whatever. Tools stay dry. Bag doesn’t tip over.
The Fabric
1680D ballistic polyester. Not the flimsy stuff. Takes abuse—gravel, truck beds, sun all day. We’ve tested it. It holds.
The Pockets
38 total. Nine outside, 29 inside. But here’s what actually matters: the front compartment folds all the way down. No digging. No cursing. Everything visible. Main compartment has a padded sleeve for a tablet or laptop—more guys are pulling up blueprints on site now. There’s a tape clip on the outside. Small thing. But ask any electrician how many times a day they reach for their tape and you’ll see why it’s there.
The Carry
Padded handle with silicone grip, shoulder straps that don’t bite into your shoulders, and a phone pocket on one strap. Not reinventing the wheel. Just adding stuff that actually gets used.
Our Factory
Now, about us. We run our own factory—15,000 square meters, six production lines, nearly 200 automated machines. Over 300 people on the floor, from cutting to final stitch. We hold to ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, SEDEX, plus audits for SWISSGEAR, MGB, WM. We’ve done the work. We know what it takes to pass.
