In our factory – 15,000 square meters, about 300 people working across eight lines – we run every batch of plaid fabric through abrasion and color-fastness checks before cutting.We also stitch the magnetic buckle reinforcements by hand, because a weak attachment would ruin the whole quickaccess experience.
